摘 要:为更深入地认识黄河下游河段的健康状态,从河流健康和河流生命的本质出发,根据黄河自身的径流特点和水沙情况,选取低限流量、河道最大排洪能力、平滩流量、水质类别、供水能力5个定量指标和生态状况1个定性指标作为评价指标,采用和谐论的定量计算方法评价河流健康,利用和谐度方程计算各指标的子和谐度,采用层次分析法得出各指标的权重,利用加权平均法计算多指标的和谐度,并选取花园口、高村、利津三个水文站作为控制站点,完成了黄河下游河段的健康评价,其评价结果符合所选评价年份的实际情况。Aiming at in-depth understanding of the health status of the lower reaches of the Yellow River, from the essence of river health and river life, this paper selects five quantitative indexes which are low limit flow, the maximum flood discharge capability of river channel, bankfull discharge, water quality category as well as water supply capacity, and a qualitative index which is ecological status as evaluation index based on the runoff characteristics and the situation of water and sand of the Yellow River itself. The quantitative calculation method of harmony theory is adopted to evaluate the Yellow River health and the harmony degree of each index is calculated with the function of harmony degree. And it obtains the weight of each index by analytic hierarchy process. Then the weighted average method is used to calculate multi-index harmony degree. Finally, the river health evaluation of the lower reaches of the Yellow River are completed on the basis of taking Huayuankou, Gaocun, Lijin as control sites. The evaluation results are in line with the actual situa- tion of the selected years.
