摘 要:偏远无电地区的电网投资已经成为改善供电服务质量、提高企业效益、协调社会经济发展的重要环节,但偏远无电地区电网的可持续发展必须同时考虑对环境的影响。基于偏远无电地区的现状,分析了偏远无电地区的环境影响因素,构建了环境影响因素指标体系,运用环境承载力理论建立了偏远无电地区电网投资模型,计算了电网延伸、集中光伏发电站、户用光伏发电系统三种投资模式的环境承载率,选取了偏远无电地区最佳的电网投资模式。The grid investment to remote areas without electricity has become an important part to improve the qualhy of electricity services, to enhance enterprise efficiency and to coordinate the social and economic development. However, the sustainable development of remote areas without electricity must take the impact on the environment into considera tion. Based on thecurrcnt situation of these areas, this paper analyzes the environmental impact factors of these areas and builds an environmental impact factor index system. And then, the environmental carrying capacity thcory is uscd to es- tablish the grid investment model in remote areas without electricity. At the same time, the environmental carrying rate of lhree investment models are calculated, which are grid extension, concentrated photovohaic power plants and user photo voltaic power generation system. Finally, the best mode of grid investment in remote areas without electricity is selected.
