摘　　要：131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进具有方法简便、安全有效、治疗时间短、费用低廉和极少复发等优点,近年来国内外临床应用越来越广。131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进的同时会影响一些甲状腺组织产生的激素的分泌,主要包括甲状腺激素、降钙素和甲状旁腺激素等,这些激素与骨代谢紧密相关。131I治疗破坏甲状腺组织的同时对骨代谢造成的影响仍存在争议。现就131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进后对骨代谢影响的研究现状及进展予以综述。In recent years,^131I has been acknowledged as a simple but safe, economical and effective treatment with few recurrence ,which is used in clinical practice more widely than ever before at home and abroad. However,it may affect the secretion of the other hormones which are also from tryroid gland,mainly including thyroid hormones, calcitonin and parathyroid hormone, which are very closely related to bone metab- olism. Whether ^131I therapy can affect bone metabolism while destroying thyroid tissue is still controversial, and hero is to make a review on the progress of effects of ^131I on bone metabolism in treating hyperthyroidism.
