摘　　要：红细胞分布宽度(RDW)是反映周围血红细胞体积大小变化的变异性系数,既往多用于对不同类型贫血的诊断以及鉴别诊断。近年来研究发现,RDW在急、慢性心功能不全、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压病、2型糖尿病等疾病的发生发展、病变严重程度、并发症的发生以及判断预后等方面具有一定的临床价值。Red blood cell distribution width（RDW） is a coefficient of variation reflecting the change of the red blood cell volume, which was mostly often used in the diagnosis and differentiation of different types of anemia. In recent years the study found that RDW has a certain clinical value in the occurrence and prognosis judgment of the disease and predicting prognosis in acute and chronic heart failure,coronary atherosclerosis heart disease, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, etc..
