摘　　要：目的研究结合珠蛋白(Hp)与肝损伤及肝硬化的关系。方法将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组(70只)和对照组(10只)。实验组以40%CCl4-橄榄油3 mL/(kg.4 d)腹腔注射,45%食用乙醇灌胃1 mL/(100 g.d),对照组同等剂量橄榄油、饮用水。每4周取2只肝活检,测量转氨酶及Hp。结果实验组8周末肝硬化明显,18周末肝广泛纤维结节;Hp随肝损害加深而降低;转氨酶在肝损害前期升高,后期降低;对照组肝脏无明显病理变化,Hp及转氨酶在小范围内波动。结论Hp与肝损害程度密切相关,随肝损害程度加深而降低,转氨酶在肝损害前期升高,肝损害严重时反而降低。Objective To study the association between haptoglobin （Hp） and liver injury and liver cir- rhosis. Methods 80 Vistar rats were divided randomly into two groups ： experimental group （ n = 70） and control group（ n = 10 ）. The experimental group was treated with intraperitoneal injection of 40% CClg-olive oil solution,3 mL/（kg · 4 d） ,and gavage of 45% alcohol,1 mL/（100 g · d）. The control group was injec- ted the same dose of olive oil and garage of the same dose of sterile water. Two rats were selected randomly per 4 weeks for liver biopsy, all the blood sample of above phase were saved to evaluate the liver function and detect Hp. Results Significantly liver cirrhosis were observed in experimental group at the end of 8 weeks, while 18 weeks later, extensive fibrous nodules were observed. Hp increased with the deepening of liver dam- age. Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase increased gradually with liver damage at first then decreased in latter stage. In contrast, no obvious pathological changes were observed in the control group, Hp and aminotransferase fluctuate in a small range. Conclusion Hp is closely related to liver damage and is reduced gradually while liver damage is deepening, while transaminaseis increased in early stage of liv- er damage early and decreased when the damage gets serious.
