摘　　要：白细胞分化抗原14(CD14)为革兰阴性菌脂多糖高亲和力受体,是细胞表面糖蛋白家族成员之一,在机体免疫、防御系统引起的一系炎性反应中起介导作用,且在细胞因子调控方面起重要作用,现研究表明它与糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗有着密切的联系。糖尿病及其并发症出现时CD14表达的浓度改变成为防治糖尿病及其进展的新思路。Leukocyte differentiation antigen 14（ CDI4 ）, the high affinity receptor for lipopolysaccha- ride in Gram-negative bacteria, is a member of cell surface glycoprotein family, playing a mediator role in a series of inflammatory reactions of the immune defense system, and an important role in the cytokine regu- lation. Current studies have shown that CD14 is closely linked with diabetes and insulin resistance. The dif- ferent concentrations of CD14 expression in diabetes and its complications may provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
