摘　　要：胡锦涛核和平战略思想是在国际核态势复杂化和中国迅速崛起背景下发展起来的,其本质特征是反对核扩散、和平谈判解决核危机、尊重和平利用核能权利以及塑造中国负责任核大国形象,对中国的外交、地区和平安全将产生深远影响。Based on the facts that the international nuclear situation is complicated and China is rapidly rising, Hu Jintao＇s strategic thinking on nuclear peace has gradually come into being. It has the typical features as follows： to object nuclear proliferation; to solve the nuclear crisis by the peace negotiation; to respect the right to peaceful uses of nuclear energy; to create national image of a responsible power in the international society. All these ideas will bring about a far-reaching effect on China＇s foreign policy and regional peace and security.
