摘  要:通过水热处理偏钒酸铵酸性溶液制得了高纯NH4V3O8纳米线,其直径约为100~150 nm,长达数十微米。采用循环伏安、恒流充放电和交流阻抗等电化学测试方法研究了由NH4V3O8纳米线组成的对称超级电容器的电化学性能。结果表明,在8 mol/L的LiCl溶液中,电流密度为0.1 A/g时,NH4V3O8纳米线电极的比容量可达到210 F/g。NH4V3O8 Nanowires with diameter of 100 -150 nm and length up to several tens of microme- ters were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal treatment of acidic ammonium metavanadate solution. The electrochemical performance of the symmetrical supercapacitor composed of as-prepared NH4V3O8 nanowires were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and impedance spectros- copy. Results showed that the NH4V3O8 nanowires electrode exhibited a specific capacitance of 210 F/g at current density of 0.1 A/g in 8 mol/L LiCl solution.
