摘 要:双酚A与甲醛和二乙烯三胺缩合反应,合成了一类新型的聚醚型破乳剂的起始剂酚胺醛树脂,考察了反应原料摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度对酚胺醛树脂产率和纯度的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:双酚A与甲醛和二乙烯三胺的摩尔比为1∶4∶6,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为2 h。在此条件下,酚胺醛树脂产品的收率在95%以上,甲醛含量在0.20%以下。元素分析和IR结果证明合成的产品结构与目标产物分子结构相同。W/O型模拟乳状液的破乳性能测定结果表明,新型酚胺醛树脂在破乳温度45℃和破乳时间为120 min的条件下,对50%W/O型模拟乳状液的破乳率可达90%以上。A novel phenol amine aldehyde resin starting agent was synthesized with bisphenol A, formalde- hyde and diethylene triamine as raw materials via condensation reaction. Effect of the synthesis conditions of the phenol amine aldehyde resin were studied by conditional experiment reaction raw material molar ra- tio, reaction time and reaction temperature on phenol amine aldehyde resin yield and purity were investi- gated. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were confirmed : the molar ratio of bisphenol A to formaldehyde to diethylene triamine was 1 : 4 : 6, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃ and the reaction time was 2 h. Under the conditions, the yield can be up to 95% and the formaldehyde content can less than 0.20%. Elemental analysis and IR results confirmed that the product was the one as desired. The de- mulsifying performance'was evaluated in W/O simulated emulsion by demulsification efficiency. The re- sults show that the demulsifieation efficiency of the phenol amine aldehyde resin can be up to 90% at the temperature of 45 ℃ and the time of 120 min.
