摘  要:利用荧光同步扫描和双波长法两种技术的结合,建立一种新的荧光分析法,对牛奶中的诺氟沙星(NFLX)和氧氟沙星(OFLO)残留进行检测。结果表明,NFLX的线性范围为10~600μg/L,检出限为0.29μg/L;OFLO的线性范围为20~1 200μg/L,检出限为0.77μg/L。对高、中、低三组浓度的混合标准溶液精密度实验,结果表明,NFLX的相对标准偏差小于1.41%,样品的加标回收率为95.9%~101.0%。OFLO的相对标准偏差小于2.51%,样品的加标回收率为96.3%~100.2%。本方法具有方法简便、准确度和精密度高等优点。Based on the combination of synchronous scanning fluorescence and dual-wavelength method, a new fluorescence method was established for simultaneous determination of norfloxacin (NFLX) and ofloxacin (OFLO) residual in milk. The results showed that the linearity range of NFLX was 10 - 600 μg/L, detection limit was 0.29μg/L;and the linearity range of OFLO was 20 - 1 200 μg/L, detec- tion limit was 0.77 μg/L. The result of precision test for high, medium and low concentration indicated that the relative standard deviation (RSD) of NFLX and OFLO were less than 1.41% and 2.51%, and the recoveries of standard addition of samples were 95.9% - 101.0% and 96.3% - 100.2% ,respectively. This experiment has many advantages which simple, high accuracy and high precision.
