摘　　要：长期以来,我国科技宏观管理着眼于研发链条的科研管理,如何走向围绕创新链条的多部门、多主体、跨领域的创新治理成为亟待解决的问题。对世界主要国家的创新治理实践进行分析和概括,并结合中国实际,从创新治理角度提出我国科技宏观管理体制改革的思路和建议。For a long time, China＇s S＆T macro management focuses on the scientific research management of R＆D chain. It needs prompt solution on how to conduct innovation governance rounding innovation chain with multiple departments, subjects and fields. The essay summerizes and analyzes the practice of innovation governance in leading countries in the world, and combining Chinese＇ conditions in order to put forward suggestions on China＇s direction of S＆T macro manage- ment reform from the prospect of innovation governance.
