针药并用配合康复训练治疗脊髓亚急性联合变性疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针药并用配合康复训练治疗脊髓亚急性联合变性的临床疗效。方法将20例脊髓亚急性联合变性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组10例。治疗组采用针药并用配合康复训练治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为50.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用配合康复训练是一种治疗脊髓亚急性联合变性的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord by using acupuncture, medication and rehabilitation. Method Twenty patients with subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 10 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture, medication, and rehabilitation training, while the control was by medication only. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 50.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative use of acupuncture and medication and rehabilitation training is an effective way in treating subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord.
