摘　　要：根据搅拌摩擦焊接原理,自行设计了试件夹具与行走机构和搅拌头,利用实验室现有的普通钻床Z512进行了搅拌摩擦焊接工艺试验,通过焊后进行的一系列接头检测及切断面检查和接头力学性能测试表明,厚板焊接接头性能良好,薄板因焊缝重叠率较高,强度偏低。但可以满足搅拌摩擦焊接的教学需求。According to the principle of the friction stir welding, in its own design with the mobile mechanism and specimens fixture mixing head,using existing Z512 bench drill in the laboratory to test friction stir welding process.With a series of welding joint inspections,section inspections and joint mechanical tests,show that the welding joint performance is good.Due to the thin plate welding seam＇s overlap rate is higher, intensity is low.But, overall can meet the teaching need of the friction stir welding.
