摘  要:平行闸板阀阀体与法兰采用焊条电弧焊焊接,焊接接头加工困难,焊接劳动强度大,生产效率低;考虑到平行闸板阀阀体与法兰的结构特点,采用连续驱动摩擦焊技术,不但得到性能良好的焊接接头,而且改善了劳动条件,提高了生产效率。The joint of parallel gate valve and flange manufactured by shielded metal arc welding was difficuh to machine , and the welding process had a characteristics of high intensity of labor and low production efficiency; Using Continuous drive friction wehling technology to consider Structure characteristics of parallel gate valve and flange is not only provided with the good performance of welding joint,but also improvement of working conditions and production efficiency.
