摘 要:针对焊接温度场传统检测方法随意性较大和布线困难的现状,利用K型镍铬-镍铝热电偶为温度传感器,结合ZigBee无线通信技术设计了一种新型焊接温度场监控系统。该系统由终端节点、协调器节点和计算机监控中心组成。终端节点以CC2430为控制核心,能实时检测焊接温度,并通过ZigBee射频模块将温度信息无线传输到协调器,协调器汇集温度信息后再通过RS232传送到计算机监控中心。计算机监控中心采用力控组态软件实现人机交互、报警、存储、显示等功能。结果表明,该监控系统提高了测温的效率和准确性,对于制定、评定和优化焊接工艺具有重要意义。Aim to the large arbitrariness and wiring difficulties of the traditional testing method for welding temperature field,this paper presents a new monitoring system with k-type thermocouple as the temperature sensor and combining ZigBee wireless communication.This system is composed of the terminal node,the coordinator node and the computer monitoring center.With CC2430 as the control code,the terminal node can measure the welding temperature in real time,and wireless transport the temperature information to the coordinator through ZigBee RF module.The temperature information collected by the coordinator is transmitted with RS232 to the computer monitoring center,which has such functions as human-computer interaction,alarm,storage and display by using forcecontrol configuration software.The result shows that the monitoring system improves the efficiency and accuracy of temperature measurement, which has an important significance in formulating, evaluating and optimizing welding technology.
