摘　　要：从目前地调运行管理的现状及存在问题出发,研究地调智能调度一体指挥平台建设,构建电网调度智能化、信息化、自动化、互动化为特征的调度运行管理体系,建立集中、统一、智能、高效、安全的地调运行工作流程,开发面向电网智能调度的新一代指挥平台,努力实现电网发展速度与调度运行管理质量及效益的协调统一,实现电网运行操作安全和效率的协调统一。Starting from the present situation problem transfer operation management and existing research, more intelligent scheduling integrated command platform construction, construction of the dispatching and management system of power grid dispatch intelligent, informatization, automation, interactive, a centralized, unified, intelligent, efficient, safe to the operation pro- cess, developed for smart grid scheduling of a new generation of command platform, and strive to achieve the coordinated devel- opment of speed and power grid dispatching management quality and efficiency, achieving harmony between power grid opera- tion safety and efficiency.
