摘 要:利用Thermo-Calc软件设计了一种中锰相变诱导塑性(TRIP)钢,利用全新的热处理工艺对其进行处理,研究了残余奥氏体的含量及其稳定性,并对该钢的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析.结果表明,实验用钢可获得接近1 000 MPa的抗拉强度和30%以上的断后延伸率,且强塑积>30 GPa.%.固溶温度对钢的力学性能具有显著影响,热轧TRIP钢固溶温度为750~800℃时,实验钢获得最佳的力学性能.A new heat treatment was applied to a novel medium manganese transformation induced plasticity(TRIP) steel designed with the Thermo-Calc software.The proportion and stability of retained austenite were studied,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the experimental steel were analyzed.The results showed that the tensile strength of tested steel is nearly 1 000 MPa,the elongation is over 30%,and the product of ultimate tensile strength and total elongation exceeds 30 GPa · %.The mechanical properties are significantly influenced by the solution temperature.When the hot-rolled steels are treated at the solution temperature range of 750~800 ℃,the best properties are obtained.
