摘　　要：目的探讨控制手足口病医院内传播的有效方法,防止手足口病医院内传播。方法普及员工及患儿家属的防控知识,集中诊治患儿,制定专门管理制度,采取有效的消毒方法,加强环境、诊疗器械和患儿的消毒隔离管理等措施。结果手足口病流行期未发生一例医院内传播。结论健康教育集中诊治、个性化的消毒隔离制度、规范有效的消毒隔离措施等多环节联动能有效控制手足口病医院内传播。Objective To analyze the effective measures to prevent and control the nosocomial cross-infection of hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods A variety of measures were taken to control the nosocomial spread of HFMD, including propagating and publicizing prevention knowledge, lumping patients together for better diagnosis and treatment, creating a special management system, taking effective measures for disinfection of medical equipments, environment and the HFMD patients. Results No nosocomial infection of HFMD occurred in our hospital during the epidemic period. Conclusion The multi-link control can effectively prevent the nosocomial spread of HFMD.
