单项乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体阳性患者的肝功能分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清单项乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体阳性患者的肝功能指标,了解单项乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体阳性患者的肝脏代谢水平。方法收集经酶联免疫吸附竞争一步法和微粒子酶免疫法测定的单项乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体阳性患者(单项乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体阳性组)血清,同时设正常对照组,通过全自动生化分析仪测定血清中血脂、蛋白、胆红素、胆汁酸及血清酶成分。结果与正常对照组相比,血清单项乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体阳性患者血清TG、LDL-C、ApoB100、TP、TBA、AST、γ-GT、5'-NT、ADA均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),ApoAI和HDL-C显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。81.7的患者均有一项或多项肝功能指标超出正常参考范围。结论血清单项乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体阳性患者应追踪观察,对部分肝功能指标高于正常参考范围的患者应查明原因,适当进行治疗。Objective To analyze the liver function of patients who were anti-HBc positive alone, and to ex- plore the liver metabolism levels of these patients. Methods Serum samples were collected from patients with anti-HBc positive alone （the study group） and healthy individuals （the control group） by one-step enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and microparticle enzyme immunoassay. The serum lipid, protein, bilirubin, bile acids, and enzyme levels were determined using Automatic Clinical Chemistry Analyzer. Results The serum TG, LDL-C, ApoB100, TP, TBA, AST, 7-GT, 5＇-NT, and ADA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, while the levels of ApoAI and HDL-C were significantly lower （P〈0.05）. 81.7% of the pa- tients had one index or more of liver function out of the normal range. Conclusion Patients with serological pattern of anti-HBc alone should be followed up and carefully observed. Patients with abnormal indexes of liver function should be checked carefully and treated considerably.
