摘　　要：气管重建是当今国内外在长段气管切除后对气管修复的一种最理想的方法。气管重建的主要方式有自体组织移植、人工气管移植、同种异体气管移植和组织工程气管移植等。本文就气管重建的材料、重建的现状和进展进行综述。At the present, the tracheal reconstruction is one of the ideal techrtiques for repairing tracheal defect after ex- tensive resection. The main ways of trachea reconstruction includes autologotts tissue transplantation, artificial tracheal transplan- tation, trachea allotransplantation, and trachea implant in tissue engineering. This assay reviews the materials for tracheal recon- struction, the recent research progress in tracheal reconstruction, and the remaining problems of tracheal reconstruction.
