摘　　要：在电力系统的二次系统建设中,电网广域测量系统(WAMS)与能量管理系统(EMS)通常是独立建设的两套系统。基于二次系统一体化建设的基本构想,实现二次相关专业的横向融合,文章提出了二次系统中两个最重要的专业系统进行一体化设计与实现的实施方案,分析了具体实施中的一些关键技术细节,并给出了一体化部署的两种思路。In the construction of secondary system in electric power system,WEMS and EMS systems are independent construction. Based on the idea for the secondary system integration and horizontal integration of secondary system on related field, this paper proposed the solution to realize integration design of the 2 most important systems in seconda-ry system, analyzed some key techniques in the process. The two types of thinking for integrating realization are given in the end.
