摘  要:用纯化的特异性重组抗原NcSRS2和TgSAG2作为包被抗原,经rELISA方法和商品化试剂盒,对采自新疆部分山区牦牛血清样品分别进行了新孢子虫和弓形虫抗体检测。rELISA检测结果显示,新孢子虫阳性率为5.4%(16/192),弓形虫阳性率为1.7%(5/192),与IDEXX公司新孢子虫试剂盒和北京永辉公司试剂盒符合率分别为98.9%、100%,未发现交叉感染的样品。表明建立的rELISA方法特异性好、重复性良好。To investigate the prevalence of Neospora Caninum and Toxoplasma Gondii in yaks of some Alpine grasslands in Xinjiang, an ELISA method designated rELISA was developed using purified recombinant antigens NcSRS2 and TgSAG2 for coating plates and compared with a commercial kit for testing 192 clinical samples. The results of rELISA showed that Neospora Caninum positive rate was 5.4% (16/192) and Toxoplasma Gondii positive rate was 1.7% (5/192). The rELISA method were 98.9% and 100% consistent with ‘IDEXX' N. caninum Antibody Test Kit and "Yong hui" T. gondii Antibody Test Kit. Cross infection was not found in any samples. The results indicated that our rELISA method possessed the same high specificity and sensitivity as the commercial kit.
