两级串联式电光开关高压快脉冲源的研制

摘　　要：研制了一种纳秒级同步延时的两级串联式电光开关高压快脉冲源,它具有延时精度高且可调、稳定性好、体积小且成本低的优点。在开关器件两端并联一个高压大电流快速开关二极管,有效地抑制了高压快速放电瞬间引线电感引起的过冲及振荡;采用光电隔离器将低压延时电路与高压开关电路隔离,防止了高压脉冲对低压延时信号的干扰;高压脉冲高电平最大值为1200 V,下降沿约为9 ns,零电平宽度在200 ns～15μs之间可调,同时两路高压脉冲相对时间抖动小于1 ns;两级电光开关串联通过腔外光学斩波将连续激光转化成了双快沿脉冲,其上升沿和下降沿均在10 ns左右,重复频率和脉宽分别在1～10 kHz和10～100 ns内范围连续可调。A nanosecond delay highvoltage fast pulsed source for twostage cascaded electrooptic switch is devel oped, with advantages of highprecision adjustable delay time, good stability, small size and low cost. A highvoltage andcurrent fast switching diode is connected in parallel to the switching device,which would effectively suppress the overshoot and ringing caused by the lead inductance during the time of the highvoltage rapid discharge that is instan taneous. The delay circuit and the switching circuit are seperated by an optical isolator to prevent the highvoltage pulse from interfering with the lowvoltage delay signal. The highvoltage pulse is output with high level up to 1200 V, falling edge about 9ns, width of zerovoltage level adjustable between 200 ns - 15μs, while the relative time jitter of two highvoltage pulses is less than 1 ns. Using two cascaded electrooptic switches as an optical chopper, a laser pulse with both rising and falling edges about 10ns, width and frequency seperately adjustable in the range of 10 - 100 ns and 1 10 kHz is obtained from the cw laser.
