摘　　要：通过对移民安置后评价的利益相关者分析模式进行阐释,探讨其对移民安置后评价方式运用的启示,以淮河流域蒙洼蓄洪区移民安置项目后评价为例,运用该模式进行分析,提出改进移民安置后评价方法的相关建议。指出:评价的框架要以主要利益相关者为本;以利益相关者确定的问题为评价框架来确定评价指标;使用参与式方法来收集评价指标数据;用移民安置后评价的结论来完善移民安置项目的效果。Through explaining stakeholder analysis pattern of relocation post evaluation,it discussed the inspiration from the application of this pattern on relocation post evaluation.Taking relocation post evaluation of the Mengwa floodplains in the Huaihe River basin for an example,it put forward some suggestions about relocation post evaluation.It pointed that the evaluation framework is mainly based on the main stakeholders;taking the question that assured by the main stakeholders as evaluation indexes;using participatory methods to collect evaluation data;by using the relocation post evaluation of migrant resettlement to access and improve the effects of migrant resettlement.
