摘　　要：未来十堰市旅游人力资源开发的构想:借助政府优惠政策做好开发工作、加强旅游从业人员培训、完善高校旅游专业教育体系、建立合理的薪酬福利体系和有效激励员工、坚持制度与人本管理相结合的管理模式。The conception for the filture development of tourist human resources in Shiyan city is as follows ： developing tourist human resources with the assistance of governmental preferential policies, strengthening comprehensive training of personnel engaged in tourism, perfecting tourism specialty educational system in colleges and universities, establishing a reasonable salary and welfare system and so on.
