摘  要:长庆油田是典型的"三低"(低渗、低压、低丰度)油气田,常规开发方式难以实现经济有效开发。为经济有效开发长庆油田,针对长庆油气田单井产量低,气井压力下降快,携液能力差、地面工程建设投资高,运行成本高等技术难题,气田主要采用以"井下节流、井口不加热、不注醇、中低压集气"为核心的苏里格气田建设模式和工艺技术;油田主要采用以"大井组、串接集油、混输增压、二级布站、井站共建"的超低渗油田建设模式和工艺技术。同时,在建设过程中,全面推行"标准化设计、模块化建设、数字化管理",加快了油气田地面工程建设速度,降低了建设成本,提升了油田管理水平,实现了长庆油气田的效益开发和可持续发展。Changqing Oilfield was typical 'three low'(low permeability,low pressure,and low abundance)oil and gas fields,and conventional exploration procedure was difficult to achieve the cost-effective development. For the difficult problems in technology of the low production per well,loss of pressure quickly,poor liquid carrying capacity,combined with high investment and high operation cost, construction mode and key technology focusing on downhole choke,wellhead without heating and alcohol injection,and low pressure gas gathering were adopted in the gas field;construction mode and key technology focusing on large well group, oil gathering by series connection,multiphase flow and pressurizing,two-stage station layout,and jointly built of the well and station were adopted in the oilfield. The standardized design,modular construction,and digital management were carried out in an all-round way to speed up the construction. As a result,the construction rate of the surface facilities was accelerated,the construction cost was reduced,the management level was improved,and the effective and sustainable development was realized.
