摘  要:阐述铁路拓展高附加值货源的意义,通过对华东、华南地区宏观经济环境的分析,指出铁路货运在设施与设备、客户服务质量和运价政策等方面存在的问题,提出强化货运营销力度,开发适应的货运产品,保障运输能力投入,完善客户服务管理,制定灵活的运价政策,加强与其他运输方式协作等有关铁路对高附加值货源组织与市场经营的思路和对策。This paper expounds the meaning of railway expanding high added-value freight source, through analyzing macro-economy environment in east China and south China, the paper points out the problems of railway freight transportation in device and equipment, customer service quality and transport price policy, puts forward the idea and countermeasures on high added-value freight source organization and market operation for railways, such as enhancing the degree of freight transport marketing, developing adaptive freight products, ensuring the investment of transport capacity, improving customer service management,establishing flexible transport price policy and strengthening the cooperation with other transport modes.
