摘　　要：对国内海洋防污涂料领域的专利申请情况进行分析,着重分析了国内海洋防污涂料领域专利技术的发展概况、技术分布及主要专利申请人的构成,同时从专利角度分析了中国海洋防污涂料存在的问题及发展建议。分析表明,国内海洋防污涂料行业与国外相关机构相比,在专利战略的运用上依然存在不小的差距。Chinese patent applications of marine antifouling coatings were analyzed, including the current status,technical distribution and the main applicants composition of the patent applications. And the existing problems in related industry and the suggestions were also analyzed. Compared with those of abroad, domestic institutions need more experiences in the use of patent strategy.
