摘 要:低剂量重离子束12C6+辐射可诱发动物细胞或组织的适应性反应和免疫兴奋效应,其特征包括:1.低剂量12C6+辐射可诱导动物的免疫适应性反应,与常规射线具有不同的细胞周期特征;2.低剂量12C6+辐射可诱发正常小鼠机体造血组织、生殖细胞的适应性反应;3.低剂量12C6+离子全身辐照小鼠可激活机体抗氧化系统活性;4.低剂量12C6+离子辐射对小鼠B16等肿瘤细胞未引发适应性反应,全身照射可延长荷瘤动物存活时间、增强肿瘤控制率,对临床治疗肿瘤有参考意义。The characteristics of effect of adaptie response (LDR) induced by low dose heavy ion radiation were observed,which include: 1. low dose 12C6+ radiation could induce the adaptie response in normal mice immune organs; 2. low dose 12C6+ radiation heavy ion low-dose radiation could induce animals" hematopoiesis system adaptive response; 3. Low dose 12C6+ ions body irradiation could active antioxidant system in mice; 4.The adaptie response was not observed in Low doses 12C6+ ionizing radiation in B16 tumor ceils; whole body 12C6+ irradiation could increased inhibitory of local high-dose irradiation to H22 tumor, Low doses 12C6+ ions suitable type treatment H22 tumor have extended animal survival and enhancing tumor control and cure rate, which has important reference roles for establishing treatment scheme in clinical treatment for cancer.
