复方苦参洗剂的止痒作用及其对IL-5,IL-10表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究复方苦参洗剂的止痒作用及其对细胞因子(白介素-5和白介素-10)引起皮肤瘙痒的影响,初步探讨复方苦参洗剂治疗皮肤瘙痒的作用机理。方法:采用磷酸组胺建立小鼠瘙痒模型,观察不同剂量复方苦参洗剂对实验动物局部皮肤瘙痒的作用,并用即用型SABC法免疫组化染色后对各皮损部位的切片进行IL-5、IL-10含量检测。结果:(1)复方苦参洗剂具有明显的止痒作用;(2)可明显抑制瘙痒模型小鼠皮肤组织中IL-5和IL-10的含量,其改变程度与用药剂量有密切关系。结论:复方苦参洗剂具有明显的止痒作用,且IL-5,IL-10均在皮肤炎症的发展中起着重要作用。Objective：To study the antipruritic role of the compound kuh-seng lotion and its effects to IL-5 and IL-10, and explore the mechanism of the compound kuh-seng lotion in skin pruritus. Methods： Using mice pruritus model build through histamine phosphate to observe the role of the compound kuh-seng lotion in treating local skin itching of experimental animals,and use SABC method to detect the contents of IL-5 and IL-10 in the immunohistochemical staining lesional skin slices. Results： 1 ） the compound kuh--seng lotion has a significant role in anti-itching, 2） the compound kuh--seng lotion can significantly increase the content of IL-5 and IL-10, and the variations are closely related to the dose. Conclusion： the compound kuh-seng lotion has a significant role in anti-itching, and both IL-5 and IL-10 play an important role in the development of the inflammation of the skin.
