摘　　要：网络视频面试是传统面试方式的发展趋势,针对网络视频面试系统的特点,提出了系统的总体架构,针对系统中的面试管理、音视频实时传输、校园网数据共享、面试过程实时录制、数据库设计等关键技术进行了研究与分析,给出了系统的总体技术框架。Network video interview is the development trend of the traditional interview. According to the characteristics of the network video interview system, the architecture of system was put forward. Some key technologies of system were analyzed and studied, including the interview management, audio and video real-time transmission, campus network data sharing, interview process real-time recording, database design, etc. The overall technical framework of system was given.
