摘　　要：通过对塑料螺纹瓶盖的结构分析,设计出了一套成型模具。重点对制品脱出过程进行了分析,推导出动、定模之间的开模速度与制件旋出速度之间的关系,阐述了实际应用中采取的措施,对同类模具设计有参考价值。Based on analyzing a plastic screw cap for structure, a set of shaping mould was designed. Much of the attention was put on the process of taking the plastic screw cap off the mould. The relationship between the speed of opening fixed and moving parts and the speed of taking off caps was deducted. Measures in practice were given. This paper provides some valuable references for design of similar moulds.
