摘　　要：以某食品机械零部件料斗座为例,运用MOLDFLOW在模具设计前对其进行注塑成型的模拟以及结果分析,对其工艺参数及浇注系统进行了分析和优化,达到及早发现问题、提高模具设计质量、减少修模及试模次数、降低模具制造成本、缩短模具开发周期的目的。Taking the common component hopper pedestal in a food machinery as an example, this paper applies the software MOLDFLOW in stimulating the injection molding process and analyzing its result before designing the mold in order to optimize the technological parameter and the gating system. Through the process problems have been found early, designing quality of the mold has been improved, avoiding modifying and testing the mold repeatedly with all serving the purpose of reducing manufacturing cost and shortening the development circle.
