摘 要:本文以三峡库区大宁河水华敏感期(2010年3月和2011年3~5月)的调查数据为基础,运用数理统计分析方法,研究了水华的特征及其影响因素。结果表明:2010年大宁河春季水华敏感期藻密度值最高达210.75×105cells/L,其优势种为甲藻门的拟多甲藻;2011年春季水华敏感期Chl-a含量最大值约为最小值的19倍,藻密度值最高达51.94×105 cells/L,优势种为绿藻门的小球藻;2010年和2011年大宁河春季水华期间营养盐丰富,氮与磷质量浓度比高于7.2∶1,磷表现相对不足,是藻类生长的限制因子;经相关性分析表明,2010年春季水华期间Chl-a与TN、TP、pH呈显著正相关关系,与SD呈显著负相关关系,2011年春季水华期间Chl-a与TN、TP、DO呈显著正相关关系,与SD呈显著负相关关系。To elucidate the relationship between phytoplankton and related environmental factors, this pa- per studies the phytoplankton and environmental parameters of water quality in Daning River during spring bloom using multivariate statistical analysis. The results indicate that: in March 2010, the algae density was greater than 106 cells · L 1 , the bloom-forming algae was peridiniopsis lemmermann, and the maxi- mum density reached 210.75× 10a cells/I.; in March 2011, the algae density was also greater than 106 cells · L-1 ,the bloom-forming algae was chlorella beijerinck, and the maximum density reached 51. 94× 102 cells/L. The rates of TN and TP were all in excess of 7.2, which indicated phytoplankton was limited by phosphorus. Correlation analysis was performed to illuminate the relationships hetween algae density and environmental variables, and TN, TP and pH were positively correlated with algae density during spring algae bloom in 2010. TN, TP and DO were positively correlated with algae density and algae density had the significant negative correlation with DO during spring algae bloom in 2011.
