摘　　要：目的了解头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间的不适体验,为患者进行舒适护理提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对11例头颈部肿瘤患者进行深入访谈,并按现象学分析程序分析资料。结果患者放疗期间的身心不适体验有:放疗带来的不适症状困扰,自我形象改变,对疾病预后的不确定感和担心,归因宿命以求心灵安慰,家庭角色功能改变,社交缺乏致孤独感,放疗时的不适。结论头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间存在多种身心不适体验,护理人员要认真评估,采取有效的舒适护理。Objective To study the uncomfortable experiences for patients with head and neck tumors during radiotherapy to provide evidence on comfortable nursing care for patients. Method Take in--depth interview on 11 cases of patients with head and neck tumors by phenomenology study of qualitative research. Analyze the information by certain procedure of phenomenology study. Result There are uncomfortable experiences of obsessing from discomfort, personal image chan- ging, uncertain and concerning on prognosis, relying on fate to comfort themselves, family role function changing, loneliness caused by lack of social intercourse and discomfort from radiotherapy. Conclusion Patients with head and neck tumors during radiotherapy suffers from many uncomfortable experiences. Nursing staff should asses carefully and take comfort nursing care effectively.
