糖尿病合并老年痴呆照顾者的负担及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解糖尿病合并老年痴呆照顾者的负担及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取老年内科病房糖尿病合并老年痴呆的照顾者16人,使用照顾者负担问卷进行调查及深度访谈。结果糖尿病合并老年痴呆照顾者的负担重,照顾者负担总分为54～92分,以时间依赖型负担、情感性负担最为突出;照顾者年龄及老年痴呆患者病程与照顾者负担呈正相关。通过深度访谈,得出照顾者的照顾任务繁重、心理负担重、缺乏相关知识及经验和患者不合作是照顾者负担的重要影响因素。结论糖尿病合并老年痴呆照顾者的负担重,影响因素较多,其中照顾者年龄、老年痴呆患者病程是主要影响因素。Objective To study the burden on caregivers of diabetic patients with senile dementia and influencing factors. Method Choose 16 caregivers of diabetic patients with senile dementia from wards of senile internal department by convenient sampling. Take in--depth interview and survey on caregivers by questionnaire on caregiverg burden. Result Caregivers of diabetic patients with senile dementia have heavy burdens, with the total score of 54~92, in which the time--relying type and emotional type are the most obvious ones. Caregivers＂ burden is positively correlated to patients＇ age and course of dis ease. Arduous task, heavy mental burden, lack of related knowledge and noncooperation of patients are the main influencing factors of caregivers＂ burden according to in-depth interview. Conclusion Caregivers of diabetic patients with senile dementiahaveheavy burden. There are many influencing factors, in which caregivers＇ age and course of disease are the main ones.
