中国地区两型农业发展模式及路径选择

摘　　要：地区两型农业的生态经济效率是由地区农业的经济效率和生态效率共同构成。在两型农业建设进程中,根据各地区的生态效率和经济效率的大小,可以界定9种发展模式。基于生态经济效率视角,选取全国2008—2009年数据,使用DEA分析模型对中国大陆31个省、直辖市和自治区的两型农业发展模式进行了实证分析。分析结果显示,两型农业发展路径应该符合生态经济效率的二维结构特征,但是大部分省份是处于一种两型农业的过渡状态。各省需要建立健全两型农业生产体系,发展两型农业技术以及选择正确的两型农业发展路径来促进农业经济又快又好发展。The two-oriented areas of ecological and economic efficiency of agriculture are constituted by regional agricultural economic efficiency and ecological efficiency. In the process of two-oriented agriculture construction, the size of ecological efficiency and economic efficiency can define nine development models. Based upon the perspective of ecological efficiency, we selected the 2008 -2009 national data and used the DEA model for China＇s 31 provinces in mainland, municipalities and autonomous regions to empirically analyze the two-oriented agricultural development model. The analysis results showed that two-oriented agricultural development path should be chosen in line with ecological and economic effi- ciency of two-dimensional structural characteristics, but most of the provinces are two-oriented agriculture in a transient state. Provinces need to establish two-oriented agricultural production systems, develop two-oriented agricultural technologies and choose the right path of two-oriented agricultural development to promote rapid and sound development of the agricultural economy.
