区域创新网络关键运行机制的系统循环图设计

摘　　要：尽管对于区域创新网络的理论和实证研究已取得了一定的发展,但从动态角度对区域创新网络内部各因素相互关系的研究仍然匮乏。根据区域创新网络内各个行为主体关系等,提出了包含自主创新机制、互动创新机制、资源流动与优化配置机制在内的区域创新网络关键运行机制体系,并引入"系统思考",设计了三个关键运行机制的系统循环图,指出了激发其良性循环的关键驱动力,并相应提出了有效的建议。Research on relationship between internal factors of the regional innovation network from a dynamic point of view is still scarce although some theoretical and empirical researches have been done on the regional innovation network. In the paper, a key operating mechanism system of regional innovation network is put forward, including independent innovation mechanism, interactive innovation mechanisms, resource flows ＆ optimal allocation mechanisms. Three system cyclic graphs are designed, key driving forces for virtuous cycle are pointed out, and effective recommendations are proposed.
