摘 要:对透辉石/AlTiB增韧补强Al2O3基陶瓷导轨材料磨损率和载荷的关系进行理论预测,建立了基于拉伸应力的磨损模型;采用淬火45#钢作为对磨环,探讨了其不同载荷下的摩擦磨损行为与机制,用扫描电镜观察了磨损表面形貌.结果表明,磨损模型理论值较好地预测了试验值;随着负载的增加,试样的磨损率总体呈现增加的趋势;而摩擦系数均随载荷的增加而降低;透辉石和AlTiB中间合金的加入有利于改善Al2O3基陶瓷导轨材料的摩擦特性和耐磨损性能;纯Al2O3磨损率的数量级为10-15m3/N.m,添加透辉石和AlTiB中间合金的陶瓷导轨材料磨损率的数量级为10-16m3/N.m;纯Al2O3的磨损机理为脆性断裂和晶粒剥落,添加透辉石和AlTiB中间合金的陶瓷导轨材料磨损机理为机械冷焊、塑性变形、微断裂和晶粒剥落.According to the tensile crack model, a simple model for tribological behaviors of diopside/A1TiB toughened alumina matrix ceramic guideway materials, which can predict the relationship between load and wear rate, is presented. 45# steel ring was used as the counterpart and wear properties of the guideway materials were investigated under different loads. SEM micrographs of wear tracks on typical specimens were observed. The results showed that the experimental data described in this paper were in accordance with the theoretical prediction. The wear rate increased with the increase of load and the trend of friction coefficient was inverse. Introduction of diopside and A1TiB master alloys in alumina matrix ceramic guideway materials improved their friction and wear properties. The wear performance of pure alumina was in the order of 10-15 m3/N m while that of alumina matrix ceramic guideway materials doped with diopside and A1TiB was in the order of 10-16 m3/ N m. The wear mechanisms of pure alumina may be related to brittle fracture and grain pull-out. The dominant wear mechanisms of alumina matrix ceramic guideway materials doped with diopside and A1TiB may be connected with mechanical interlocking, plastic deformation, micro-fracture and grain pull-out.
