China's Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Sustainable Development

摘　　要：在总结我国非物质文化遗产保护现状和进展情况的基础上,将我国非物质文化遗产发展划分为三个阶段。在这三个阶段中,非物质文化遗产保护存在五大问题,分别是:传承人、专业管理人才和研究梯队不健全;保护机制不完善;非物质文化遗产教育体系不健全;保护意识淡薄;保护基金匮乏。为实现可持续发展,提出六项保护建议:建立符合非物质文化遗产可持续发展的科学管理体系;建立对各级保护名录的监督和评估机制;普及非物质文化遗产教育;建立学术交流机制;建立非物质文化遗产保护科技平台;建立非物质文化遗产基金。On the basis of summarizing the intangible cultural heritage （ICH） protection in China, the paper proposes three stages in the development of our country＇s ICH. Currently there exits five major problems with the protection of ICH in China： the incompleteness of the echelon of inheritors, professional managerial personnel, and research team; imperfection with the protection mechanism; immature educa- tional system of ICH; absence of protection consciousness; and lack of protection fund. In this regard, six suggestions of protection are put forward for the sake of sustainable development： to establish a scientific managerial system in line with the sustainable development of ICH; to set up a supervision and assessment mechanism over all levels of protection lists; to popularize the ICH education; to set up regular academic communication mechanism; to build a ICH protection sci-tech platform; to set up funds for ICH protec- tion.
