摘　　要：Recently,International Textile Manufacturers Federation（ITMF）,aninternational Association for the world＇s textile industries,released the latest State of Trade Report.Recently, International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF), an international Association for the world's textile industries, released the latest State of Trade Report. According to the Report, the estimates for global yarn and fabric production in the 3rd quarter of 2012 are positive, and the outlook for Q4/2012 remains stable.
