摘 要:基于Pro/E、MATLAB、ANSYS、ADAMS和NSOFT软件构造的协同仿真平台,建立了某煤机公司开发的新型薄煤层采煤机截割部刚柔耦合模型并进行动力学仿真,得到采煤机截割部关键零件的应力应变情况,发现壳体和行星架局部出现较大的动应力,结构优化后其应力分布较为均匀,力学性能得到明显的改善;利用NSOFT对截割部输出轴进行疲劳寿命分析,找到其易发生疲劳损坏的薄弱环节。分析结果为采煤机性能改进和结构优化提供了量化依据,缩短了设计周期,具有较高的实用价值。A virtual rigid-flex coupled prototyping of a new type shearer cutting unit for thin coal seam from a company is established in the co-simulation platform based on PRO/E、MATLAB、ANSYS、ADAMS and NSOFT,the stress and strain condition of the key parts of the cutting unit are obtained by dynamic simulation,and Found that the local of shell and planetary carrier exist a larger dynamic stress,the optimized shell and planetary carrier stress are more evenly distributed,significantly improved mechanical properties;fatigue life analysis of the output shaft are launched afterwards based on NSOFT,the weak link prone to fatigue damage was found.The results of the analysis provides a quantitative basis for the performance improvements and structural optimization,and the design cycle can be shortened.
