双圆弧齿轮的精确建模与动态接触分析

摘　　要：基于SolidWorks操作平台介绍了双圆弧齿轮的三维精确建模的方法,并可以使用VBA语言对其端面齿廓参数化,建立的三维模型导入到Ansys/LS-DYNA中,运用其显式非线性动力分析程序,对其进行动态接触分析,对双圆弧齿轮的设计计算具有一定的参考意义。Based on SolidWorks operation platform,the accurate 3d modeling method due to the complexity of the double circular arc gear is introduced.Using VBA language,the gear surface is parametered.Then a 3d model is established and imported into the Ansys/ls-dyna.And using its explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis program,the dynamic contact analysis carried out,it has the certain reference significance to design and calculation.
