摘　　要：目的优选胃安颗粒最佳提取工艺。方法以出膏率和黄芪甲苷含量为指标,以提取时间、加水量、提取次数为考察因素,应用正交试验法筛选最佳的水提工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为:药材加10倍量水,提取2次,每次2 h。结论该提取工艺合理,操作简便,可行性佳,能够为实际生产提供依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Weian Granules.Methods With the extracting rate and content of Astragaloside A as indexes,extracting time,water volume and extracting times as factors,the optimum water extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum process was determined as adding 10 times of water and extracting 2 h for 2 times.Conclusion The optimum extraction process is reasonable,simple,convenient,and can provide basis for the production of Weian Granules in practice.
