摘　　要：目的建立黄连解毒合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中主要药味苦参、栀子、甘草、连翘进行定性鉴别研究。采用高效液相色谱法测定黄连解毒合剂中主要有效成分黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱填充剂:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶;流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(45∶55∶0.2);检测波长:282 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:28℃。结果薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强,Rf值适中,阴性对照无干扰。高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量在0.1614～0.807 2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7,n=5),平均回收率为98.53%(RSD=0.75%,n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish the quality standard of Huanglian Jiedu Mixture.Methods The thin layer chromatography（TLC） was used for qualitative identification of the main herbal radix sophorae flavescentis,fructus gardenia,radix glycyrrhizae and fructus forsythiae.The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC with C18Column and mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphnic acid（45∶55∶0.2） under the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 28 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 282 nm.Results TLC spots were clear,with strong specificity,and Rf value was moderate,without interference of negative control.The linear relationship of baicalin content was good in the range of 0.161 4-0.807 2 μg（r =0.999 7,n =5）,and the average recovery was 98.53%（RSD=0.75%,n =6）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,with good reproducibility.The method can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
