摘  要:在传热风洞实验台上对5组不同结构参数的H型鳍片管束气侧的传热与阻力特性进行了实验研究.实验中考虑了管径、鳍片净高度、鳍片节距以及管排横纵向间距等影响因素,并将实验结果与前苏联锅炉热力计算标准进行了比较.根据实验结果拟合得到了管径38 mm、管排纵向间距变化的H型鳍片管束的传热及阻力系数关联式和适用于不同结构参数下H型鳍片管束的传热总关联式;96.5%的实验数据与H型鳍片管束传热关联式计算数值误差小于±15%.同时,将关联式计算值与现有两文献中的实验数据进行了比较,结果表明,传热准则数的最大误差分别为11%和17.7%.该研究为H型鳍片管束的设计提供了可靠的依据.Extensive experiments on the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of H-type finned tube bundles were carded out. In the present study, 5 samples of H-type finned tube bundles with different geometrical parameters, including the tube diameter, fin height, fin pitch, transverse tube pitch and longitudinal tube pith were tested in a wind tunnel. Test results are compared with resuits calculated from the correlation in Soviet thermodynamic calculation standard of boilers. The corresponding correlations of heat transfer and friction factor for H-type finned tube bundles with the tube diameter of 38 mm are proposed based on the experimental results. The comprehensive heat transfer correlation for H-type finned tube bundles with different geometrical parameters is also established and the correlation can describe 96.5% of the database with an error of + 15%. Comparisons between two groups of existing experimental data in literature and results calculated from the correlations are shown. The maximum differences of the Nusselt number are 11% and 17.7%, respectively. The present investigation provides a reliable basis for the design of H-type finned tube bundles.
