摘  要:目的对血清奥卡西平活性代谢物(MHD)浓度监测结果进行分析。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定血清MHD浓度,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶水(45∶55),流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长225 nm。结果在217例次癫患儿MHD的血药浓度测定结果中,有65.0%患儿血药浓度在治疗窗内,35.0%血药浓度偏低。结论儿童癫患者服用奥卡西平后,血清MHD浓度个体差异较大,及时监测血药浓度有助于及时调整用药剂量,促进奥卡西平个体化给药方案的实施。Objective To analyze the oxcarbazepine metabolite (MHD) blood serum concentration in children with epilepsy. Methods The concentration of active metabolites (MHD) was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The chromatographic column was Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm), mobile phase was methanol: water (45 : 55 ), flow rate was at 1 mL ~ min^-1 , and detection wavelength was at 225 nm. Results Among the data of blood serum concentration detection for MHD of 217 cases, 65.0% of them were within the therapeutic window, 35.0% showed lower blood serum concentrations. Conclusion The individual variation in blood serum concentrations of MHD in children with epilepsy administered with oxcarbazepine is high, therefore monitoring the blood serum concentration is helpful to adjust the dose of medication and to promote the implementation of the individualized dosing regimens.
