摘 要:介绍了高抗挤套管的定义及国内外开发现状,分析了管材屈服强度、管体几何尺寸、管体残余应力及非均匀载荷等因素对套管抗挤性能的影响。指出了目前国内高抗挤套管开发及套管抗挤性能研究中存在的基础研究薄弱以及产品单一等问题。最后对高抗挤套管的开发提出了建议:应结合实际工况要求,从材料成分设计、组织及织构控制、设备能力及加工工艺、成本因素入手,针对性地开发高抗挤套管产品;加大焊接高抗挤套管的开发;除采用钢铁材料,还应考虑其他材料(比如镍基合金)高抗挤套管的开发。In this article, it introduced the definition and current development status oI high collapse resistance casing, analyzed the effect on casing collapse resistance of tubular goods yield strength, pipe body geometric dimension, pipe body residual stress, non-uniform load and so on. It also pointed out some existing problems in developing high collapse resistance casing and studying collapse resistance performance, such as weak basic study, single product, and so on. In the end, it put forward some suggestions for the development of high collapse resistance casing: It should combine the requirements of actural working condition to develop high collapse resistance casing from several aspects, such as material composition design, structure control, capacity of equipment, machining process and cost factor; increase development of high collapse resistance casing; besides adopting steel material, it should consider developing high collapse resistance casing with other material (such as nickel-base alloy).
