摘　　要：介绍了基于HOSTLINK通讯协议的埋弧焊焊枪自动跟踪系统在埋弧焊管生产线中所起的作用,给出了该系统硬件架构及其工作原理。系统软件程序用微软公司的Visual-Basic 6.0语言编制。描述了软件程序各模块流程设计及其算法。在上位机与下位机HOSTLINK协议通讯方面给出了详细的VB 6.0程序。试运行结果表明,该系统性能可靠,减轻了工人劳动强度,使用简单,提高了焊接质量和自动化水平。In this article, it introduced the flmetion of welding torch automatic tracking system in SAW produetion line based on HOSTLINK communieation protocol, and provided the hardware structure and working principle. The software program was drew up by adopting Visual-Basic 6.0 language of Microsoft. h described the process design of each module, gave the best arithmetic flit weht image digitization processing in detail, and proxided detailed VB 6.0 program flit HOSTLINK communication protocol in upper and lower computer. The commissioning results showed that this system is with good performance, simple operation, which can reduce work labor intensity, and increase welding quality and automation level.
