摘  要:针对编链组织花边织物易脱散,不易通过水洗、缩水率、包缝拉力等性能测试这一情况,通过改进地梳原料、织物密度、纱线张力、运用防脱散线等织造工艺,以及水洗、预定形、染色、定形等染整工艺,来控制弹性花边脱散以及水洗后氨纶滑出。结果表明:织造时L1的送纱要适度少些,L氨纶的送纱则要多些,氨纶的送纱以煮布收缩率在80%左右为宜;染色后处理方面,水洗时对布的牵拉力要小,最好在无张力状态下水洗,预定形温度可以比定形温度高些,定形速度不宜快,以不跑色为宜,布面手感不宜太软,这些方法都可以提高弹性花边织物的服用性能。The pillar stitch often makes the spandex sliding out and unroving. Due to it, the elastic lace is hard to go through performance test such as washing shrinkage, package and sewing tension. It can comb through by us- ing improved raw materials, enhance fabric density, appropriate tension of the yarn, and the use of stop-line weav- ing process. And it also can be improved by scheduled shaped, stained, amorphous dyeing process. The results show that the ground bar yarn moderately less set off, and the spandex bar yarn moderately more set off while knitting and cooking fabric shrinkage at about 80%.In dyeing processing, less force on the cloth when washing, tension-free washing is the best. Presetting temperature can be higher than the setting temperature, and with low speed, and the lace not too soft, all these control methods can improve the wear ability of the lace.
